HTO Method™ – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, landing pages, funnels, forms, booking systems, digital downloads, and related services offered by HTO Method™, owned and operated by Red Sherwood (“HTO,” “we,” “our,” “us”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Use of Our Services

You must be at least 18 years old to access or use any HTO services, materials, or assessments.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

You may not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access

  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services

  • Misuse any forms, booking systems, or communication channels

  • Upload harmful files or malicious content

HTO reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including misuse, harassment, or policy violations.

2. Educational & Informational Nature of Services

HTO Method™ provides:

  • Educational digital resources

  • Hair density assessments

  • Biological readiness evaluations

  • Scalp analysis insights

  • General guidance about hair restoration and hair health

We do not provide medical treatment, medical diagnosis, or replacement for healthcare professionals.

All information provided is for educational purposes only.
Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making medical decisions.

3. Booking Sessions

When you book a Density Mapping Session, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Attend the scheduled appointment on time

  • Submit required intake information

  • Notify us if you need to reschedule

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions if necessary, including for operational or availability reasons.

4. User-Submitted Content

You may voluntarily submit:

  • Intake form answers

  • Scalp photos

  • Personal goals or concerns

You grant HTO Method™ a non-exclusive license to process, review, and use this material solely for performing the assessment, improving service quality, and internal training (in anonymized form).

You agree not to upload:

  • Content you do not own

  • Inaccurate or misleading information

  • Harmful or inappropriate content

5. Payments & Refunds

Some services or programs offered by HTO may require payment.
All pricing will be clearly displayed prior to purchase.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all digital products, assessments, and consultations are non-refundable due to their educational and personalized nature.

You agree not to dispute charges without first contacting us at [email protected] to resolve the matter.

6. No Medical Relationship

HTO Method™ is not a medical clinic.
Booking a session or receiving analysis does not create a patient-provider relationship.

We do not:

  • Diagnose medical conditions

  • Provide medical treatment

  • Prescribe medication

  • Replace professional medical advice

All decisions related to health, surgery, or treatment are solely your responsibility.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
HTO makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Specific results

  • Timeline of outcomes

  • Accuracy of third-party data

  • Future hair restoration success

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HTO Method™, Red Sherwood, and all affiliated entities shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages

  • Loss of data

  • Loss of revenue or profits

  • Decisions or actions taken based on information provided through the Services

Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific Service directly involved.

9. SMS, Email & Communication Consent

By providing your email or phone number, you consent to receive:

  • Session confirmations

  • Reminders

  • Educational content

  • Updates related to HTO Services

You may opt out of SMS by replying STOP and opt out of email using unsubscribe links.

10. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how data is collected, stored, and used.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, branding, frameworks, videos, assessments, and digital products created by HTO Method™ are the intellectual property of Red Sherwood and may not be:

  • Copied

  • Reproduced

  • Reverse engineered

  • Shared publicly

  • Repurposed

Unless express written permission is granted.

12. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms such as:

  • CourseCreator360

  • GoHighLevel

  • Scheduling tools

  • Analytics tools

  • Social platforms

We are not responsible for the privacy, security, or practices of these third parties.

13. Termination

HTO reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for violations of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ends.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Alberta, Canada.
